PS/ My Dad at 96 still does his daily exercises, comprised of stationary bicycle riding, floor exercises, some with the help of special equipment, including, occasionally, still, the inversion machine, where he hangs upside down 😉 Having observed my father age, as I am now 58, one of the real keys to a long life are your relationships, in his case his 66 year marriage to my mother, and a quest to stay engaged and always be learning.
